At Radix Health, we strive to ship your order as quickly as possible. We understand that you want to receive your products promptly, and we typically ship orders within 24 hours after receiving payment.
Processing time:
We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Usually, orders are processed within 2-4 business days. However, during peak periods, the processing time may be longer.
Shipping methods and costs:
Shipping to the UK and Ireland is completely free and is handled by our logistics partner. Shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. There may occasionally be delays in delivery.
Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number that you can use to track your package online. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to be updated.
Delivery times:
Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method chosen. Standard shipping usually takes 7-14 working days. Please note that delivery times may be longer during peak periods or due to unforeseen circumstances. As our products are dispatched from outside the United Kingdom, international transit times may apply.
Customs duties, levies and taxes:
Products are shipped from outside the United Kingdom. Import VAT and any applicable customs clearance charges may be collected by the postal or courier service upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. The price shown on the product page does not include potential import duties or taxes.
Missing or damaged items:
If your order arrives with missing or damaged items, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your package at info@radixhealth.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Incorrect or missing address:
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and correct delivery address during the checkout process. This includes providing the correct recipient name, street, street number, city, postal code and country. Missing or incorrect information may result in a failed delivery attempt.
If our shipping company or our customer service team discovers an incomplete address, we will attempt to notify the customer. It is the customer's responsibility to respond to such notification and provide the information necessary for delivery.
